Be Part of
Something Real

The Toyota Jamboree is a community event, run by community people. Every gate attendant, trail marshal, recovery crew member, and setup volunteer is what makes this event safe, smooth, and worth coming back to year after year.

Volunteering at the Jamboree isn't just giving your time — it's earning your place in the crew. You'll work alongside the organizers, meet sponsors and industry names, and experience the event from the inside in a way that most attendees never do.

Whether it's your first Jamboree or your fifteenth, there's always a role for someone who wants to show up and give back.

Station yourself at key trail junctions to assist wheelers, manage traffic flow, and report trail conditions. Ideal for folks who want to be out in the action.

Recovery Crew

Roving support for stuck or disabled vehicles on the trail system. Recovery experience required. You'll be part of a roving team with radio communication.

Distribute and help build swag bags for attendees. Support merch sales, restocking, and assist the Merch Lead (cash/POS experience preferred)

Good to Know

Do I need to be registered attendee to volunteer?

For 2026, Yes. Our volunteer roster primarily comes from attendees. If you are not a registered attendee and feel you can offer help in a meaningful way that we should consider. Please contact us

Do I need off-road experience to volunteer?

Not for most roles. Trail Support and Recovery roles benefit from off-road knowledge, but Gate, Setup, and General Staff positions are open to anyone with a good attitude and reliability.

How many hours will I need to commit?

It depends on your role. Most volunteer shifts run 1-3 hours per day. Setup and teardown crew will put in longer days on Wednesday and Sunday. We work with your availability — let us know your constraints when you reach out.

Can I still enjoy the event as a volunteer?

Absolutely. Volunteers work scheduled shifts and have free time outside of those hours to wheel, attend sessions, and enjoy everything the event has to offer. Many of our volunteers say the volunteer experience is better than attending as a regular guest.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

Volunteers must be at least 18 years old. Minors may assist in specific family-friendly roles when accompanied by a parent or guardian who is also volunteering — reach out to discuss.

What if I can't make all four days?

That's fine. We have single-day and multi-day roles. Just tell us which days you're available when you apply and we'll find a fit.
