About the Event
Rules & Regulations
Know the rules before you arrive. Following them keeps everyone safe, keeps the trails open, and keeps the Jamboree coming back every year.
Event Entry
- All attendees must complete check-in at the registration office upon arrival.
- All adults must sign a liability waiver at check-in.
- Minors must have a parent or legal guardian sign their waiver and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
- Trail passes are required to access beyond the RV camping area.
Vehicles & Equipment
- Toyota vehicles only for trail wheeling (exceptions: approved sponsors, vendors, and tow vehicles).
- UTVs, ATVs, dirt bikes, and other non-OHV vehicles are prohibited unless pre-approved by organizers.
- All OHVs and 4x4s must have factory hardtops or rollcages, and seat belts for all occupants.
- All vehicles must meet the posted Vehicle Restrictions requirements.
Trail Safety
- Always wheel in groups of two or more vehicles with a designated trail leader.
- Solo trail use is strictly prohibited.
- 15 MPH speed limit on all park roads.
- No trail use after 10:00 PM — violations result in immediate removal from the event.
- Stay on marked trails at all times. No trail blazing or cutting of live trees.
- Downhill vehicles must yield to uphill traffic.
- Larger vehicles must yield to smaller vehicles at all times.
Prohibited Activities
- Alcohol is expressly forbidden on all trails.
- No glass containers anywhere in the park.
- No winching to trees (without a tree saver strap), power poles, fences, or pipelines.
- Excessive noise and rowdy or disrespectful behavior is prohibited.
- No open fires left unattended. Campfires only when fire bans are not active.
Environmental Responsibility
- Pack out all trash — leave the park cleaner than you found it.
- No cutting of live trees or vegetation.
- Remain on designated trails to prevent erosion and habitat damage.
- Dogs must be leashed at all times. Unfriendly animals should be left at home.
Enforcement
- Event management reserves the right to remove any participant for rule violations — without refund.
- Trail violations (noise, late-night riding, disrespect) may result in removal from both the event and the park.
- Decisions made by event staff and BMRA management are final.
