I understand that this event is RAIN OR SHINE and that cancellations requested before April 1, 2023 are subject to a 20% fee, and there are no cancellations or refunds after March 31, 2023.

I have read and accept the Rules of BMRA (The fees do not apply.) Understand that there is no glass bottles in the park or wheeling after 10PM.

You must show your ticket, print or digital, for entry into the Toyota Jamboree. Check your email immediately for payment confirmation and your ticket. If you do not receive confirmation,  try the "Resend Confirmation" feature at the top of the page, or use the "Contact" link to email us for resolution.

Registered attendees must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian.

In the event of a COVID, governmental related cancellation, and/or natural disaster, we will first attempt to reschedule the event before making any decisions to cancel it. In the event that we are forced to cancel the event due to quarantine, lockdowns, or other legislative mandates, we will refund all registrants, minus a 10% fee to cover transaction and administrative fees.
 
Drones' use is restricted. You must have all required FAA certifications, and when flying at any scheduled event or group activity at Toyota Jamboree, you must fly next to the yellow feather flag to coordinate with other pilots. We reserve the right to restrict all pilots other than approved pilots and remove pilots who are displaying dangerous behavior.

Participant agrees that the presenter or Toyota Jamboree owns all content of all training classes and programs and that it may not be used for generating revenue or building viewers online or in any other format without the owner's explicit written permission (5-minute or less short clips or photographs are allowed).

Media Release: At the Toyota Jamboree, photography, audio, and video recordings will occur, either by media for professional purposes, by Toyota Jamboree staff / contractors for promotional purposes, or by attendees for recreational sharing on social media. Your entry into Toyota Jamboree constitutes your consent to such photography, filming, and/or recording and to any use, in any and all media, in perpetuity, of your appearance and voice for any purpose in connection with your presence at Toyota Jamboree.

You are required to maintain insurance as required by the state of Texas. Toyota Jamboree and its officers, agents, volunteers, and employees ("Covered Parties") are not responsible for any vehicle damage.

Searching may be a condition of entry to the Event at the Toyota Jamboree’s sole discretion.  I understand that I and my belongings may be searched upon entering the event.I consent to such searches and waive any related claims that may arise.  By electing not to consent to such searches, I acknowledge that I may be denied entry to the event without a refund or other compensation.  Toyota Jamboree reserves the right to confiscate any item which in the opinion of Toyota Jamboree, may cause danger or disruption, be a health and safety risk, not be suitable to be taken into the event, or is one of the items not permitted in the Event premises as detailed in these Terms and Conditions.

I acknowledge and understand that any content provided in at Toyota Jamboree is for general informational or educational purposes only and is provided on an AS IS basis. Toyota Jamboree makes no representations or warranties, of any kind whatsoever, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, usefulness, or timeliness of information presented, and Toyota Jamboree shall have no liability for any error or omission. Under no circumstances should any content provided herein be construed as professional advice by Toyota Jamboree, and the statements within the content should not be used without the advice of a third party professional with expertise in the off-road field. The views, information, or opinions expressed during the event are solely those of the individuals involved and do not necessarily represent those of Toyota Jamboree or of its employees. Toyota Jamboree accepts no responsibility or liability for any errors or omissions in event content.

I acknowledge that there are significant risks involved in all aspects of off-roading and outdoor camping. These risks include, but are not limited to: damage to your vehicle, whether caused by natural elements or other vehicles, personal falls which can result in serious injury or death; injury or death due to negligence on the part of myself, my trail leader, or other people around me, if any; injury or death due to improper use or failure of equipment; strains and sprains. I am aware that any of these risks may result in serious injury or death to myself and/or others.

I willingly assume full responsibility for the risks that I am exposing myself to and accept full responsibility for any damage, injury or death that may result from participation in any activity under the direction of Toyota Jamboree. I acknowledge that I have no physical impairments, injuries, or illnesses that will endanger me or others. In an emergency, I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for all medical and other costs arising out of bodily injury or any loss sustained through participation in the Event.  I authorize the Event staff to secure any licensed hospital, physician, and/or medical personnel for any treatment deemed necessary for my immediate medical care, as prescribed or restricted by law.

In consideration of both the above mentioned risks and hazards and the fact that I am willingly and voluntarily participating in the activities offered by Toyota Jamboree, I, the undersigned, hereby release Toyota Jamboree and its officers, agents, and employees ("Covered Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of action, that are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in this activity, including those allegedly attributed to the negligent acts or omissions of the above mentioned parties. This agreement shall be binding upon me, my successors, representatives, heirs, executors, assigns, or transferees. If any portion of this agreement is held invalid, I agree that the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full legal force and effect.

I recognize that there is risk involved in the types of activities offered by Toyota Jamboree. I accept any financial responsibility for any injury or damage that I may cause either to myself or my vehicle, due to my negligence or misconduct.  I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Toyota Jamboree, their principals, agents, employees, and volunteers from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result from my negligence, willful misconduct, or omission while participating in activities offered by Toyota Jamboree.

No refund or other remedy will be provided under any circumstances, including, without limitation, if the holder is ejected or refused entry due to disorderly conduct or failure to comply with these terms, any security policies or any terms and/or rules imposed by the Event premises or by Toyota Jamboree, as applicable, and I will not be entitled to any damages, including, but not limited to consequential, incidental, or exemplary damages.  If I do not receive a confirmation (in the form of a confirmation page or email) after submitting payment information, or if I experience an error message or service interruption after submitting payment information, I acknowledge my responsibility to confirm with the event organizer whether or not my order has been placed. I acknowledge that only I may be aware of any problems that may occur during the purchase process.  I understand that Covered Parties will not be liable for any losses (monetary or otherwise) if I assume an order was not placed because I did not receive confirmation.Except in the case of gross negligence by Toyota Jamboree, I agree that Toyota Jamboree’s liability for loss or damage to me shall be limited to the price I paid for (a) my ticket, or (b) the services I received at the Event.  I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

Toyota Jamboree may revise these terms and conditions, in our sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice to you, by updating this posted version of these Terms and conditions. You should review this website for changes to these Terms and conditions. Any changes are effective upon posting to this website. If you disagree with any changes, your sole and exclusive remedy is to terminate your relationship with Toyota Jamboree.  Your continued use after notice of a change has been posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
